Alright, I’ve been doing some thinking, and here’s what I’ve got… Donating is so much more interesting when you get something out of it. So, here’s the deal, I’ve got a skill, and maybe you’ve got some money.

My site has a partnership project open that is in need of some donations. It’s a pretty hefty project but a good one – one where we’re raising awareness and resources for students and teachers in order to close the gap between ‘abled’ bodied and ‘dis’able bodied.

Here’s the challenge:

The project is still in need of about $4,750, and the sooner we can get this project underway, the sooner other projects can be spiraled into inspiration by this one. Change starts in one place and then moves and builds, and you can be a part of that.

It’s really easy to make those, ‘I’d like to’ or ‘If only’  ’I can’t’ but really, there’s a way – there’s always a way to do something, especially when you say yes to something. Like, if I’d have listened to those ‘I can’t’ statements in my head, I probably wouldn’t be living in Ukraine right now….that was kind of an unknown turn of events, but your decision to donate is more than rational… So here’s what I’m asking you to do…

1. GET CREATIVE with how to help raise funds and get involved in the project. It’s so important to connect the world, and this is one way to do that…and ANYTHING I can do to help you connect your world and my town’s world, I’m definitely there!

1. Spread the word and network about the project….the more people that know about the project, the better….

…..and again, anything I can do from this end to help get us the funds, I’m more than open to that dialogue.
